Saraswati Shikshan Prasarak Mandal College of Pharmacy, Malwadi-Kotoli was established in 2022 with a commitment to impart quality pharmacy education and to meet the growing needs of the healthcare profession and society. It is the first Diploma Pharmacy institute started under the aegis of Saraswati Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Malwadi-Kotoli, dedicated to advancing professional healthcare education.
The institute is approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi, Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Mumbai, and recognized by the Government of Maharashtra. It is affiliated to the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE), Mumbai.
The college is nestled in the scenic foothills of Panhala in the Sahyadri hill range, providing a serene and eco-friendly learning environment. It is located just 1 km from the Kolhapur-Ratnagiri Highway, close to NH-4 and only 15 km away from Kolhapur city, making it easily accessible while maintaining a peaceful academic atmosphere.
The campus is well-planned with excellent infrastructure that includes sophisticated and well-equipped laboratories as per PCI norms, a resourceful library with latest books and journals, well-ventilated classrooms with modern presentation aids, a dedicated computer lab with internet facility, and spacious areas for sports and cultural activities.
